• Establishment of GABEO Foundation (501 C3)
• Full-time office – executive director and secretary in Atlanta State Headquarters
• Satellite headquarters – Boggs Rural Life Center, Keysville, Georgia
• Support affordable and universal health care reform; work to eliminate infant mortality in Georgia
• Buy Black Campaign – spend our dollars with each other and support small and minority-owned businesses
• Develop a full political empowerment campaign – voter registration and political education, eliminate impediments
• Develop a strategy and find resources to address Illiteracy in our state
• Focus on teen pregnancy and solutions to this problem
• We must save our black farms and we must lobby Congress for help
• Increase African-American business opportunities with the state of Georgia
• Attack racism at all levels of government
• Address discrimination at Georgia Department of Public Safety (State Patrol) and other state agencies
• Address crime and the proliferation of drugs and weapons in our communities
• Develop leadership training institute at Boggs Rural Life Center - Boggs Academy in Keysville, Georgia
• Tackle racism in collegiate and professional sports – address disparity on all levels
• Develop youth violence reduction campaigns across the state
• Work to achieve more diversity in all aspects of print and broadcast media
• Support minority-owned media
• Fight for EEOA and minority programs on the federal, state, county and municipal levels
• Fight environmental racism
• Fight redlining by insurance companies and banking institutions
• Stop attacks on the poor under the guise of welfare reform
